Crown Properties, Ltd. is primarily a residential development company. Its goals are to buy attractive wooded land that is well-suited for residential development and to create attractive, useable, high-quality residential neighborhoods. Crown Properties aims to provide home sites for our builder customers to allow them to create the best possible living environments for their customers- America's home-buying public.  Owner Richard Krebs has been a homebuilder and developer since 1972.
